By accessing and using Linya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Linya is an AI-powered fashion search engine that identifies clothing items from images and text descriptions, provides product recommendations, and offers virtual try-on capabilities.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
You agree to use Linya only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Linya is built for outerwear discovery and try-on. The following uploads are not permitted and will be rejected or removed:
Uploads pass through automated content moderation before being processed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Linya offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Pro+). Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record, on the cadence you choose at checkout (monthly or annually). Each paid plan includes a set number of credits that reset at the start of every billing period; unused included credits do not roll over. Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases that are added to your balance immediately and do not expire.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access along with any remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All payments are final and Linya does not offer refunds. When you subscribe to a paid plan or buy a top-up credit pack, you are purchasing access to a set amount of credits for that billing period, and that purchase is non-refundable once the charge is made. This applies to initial subscription payments, renewal charges, and one-time top-up packs alike.
Because paid plans renew automatically, you can cancel at any time from your account to stop future charges. When you cancel, you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose time you have paid for.
The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law, or where we choose to issue one at our sole discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; any approved exception is returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear. Linya is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate product matches or pricing information.
