When you use Linya, we collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when creating an account, and images you upload for outfit scanning. We also collect usage data including scan history and feature interactions.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process your outfit scans, deliver product recommendations, and communicate with you about your account and updates to our service.
Images you upload are processed by our AI systems to detect clothing items and find product matches. Uploaded images are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing unless you choose to save them to your scan history.
Personal photos you provide for your avatar or virtual try-on, such as face and body shots, are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. When these photos need to be displayed back to you or sent to our AI for a try-on, they are reached only through short-lived links that expire automatically. You can remove your saved avatar photos at any time from the You page.
We use third-party services including OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI processing, FASHN for virtual try-on, SerpApi for product search, Dodo Payments for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Google for authentication. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
